Cleaning Your Flip Flop Slippers

Maybe you just can’t take your slippers off and wear them all the time you’re at home and sometimes accidents happen and they can get dirty if you dropped some coffee or accidentally stepped in some oil left by the mower at the back yard.

The first thing you should do is to lightly brush your flip flops with a clean brush. This is normally enough if your slippers have just a slight amount of dirt.

If you happened to drop some tea or coffee, extra work will be necessary. Use a damp cloth and press it on the stain applying gentle pressure doing a circular movement. This would make the soil disappear. But if the stain is from a more difficult material, place some drops of dish washing soap on the cloth to help you. Keep cleaning with circular movements very gently applying some pressure on the stain. Damp a cloth to remove the soap and use a dry one to remove the extra moisture. Remember to always keep the movement in circles.
